We have all heard of nightmare landlords who are either impossible to track down, charge excessive amounts for repairs, or even worse ignore their responsibilities completely, leaving tenants at a loss as to where to turn.
Unfortunately, we also appreciate that some tenants do not live up to their responsibilities and allow minor issues of maintenance to get out of control. This results in higher costs for both landlords and tenants.
Here at A&S Property Management we are different. We pride ourselves in offering a personal service to ensure both landlords and tenants are given the respect and attention they deserve. As landlords of our own property portfolio, we have first-hand experience built up over many years in dealing with the complexities of property management, from both the landlord and the tenants perspective.
